The Coral Reef Tree at Neiman Marcus:
For three years now, the crew here at Bella Glass has worked with designer Lonnie Hanzon to create the Neiman Marcus Christmas tree. In 2005 we worked with over 500 lbs of metal to create the base for this tree. We also completed over 400 pieces of hand-cut, fused and slumped glass corals, jelly fish, and under sea creations. We created 522 glass fish with dichroic accents that were all hand drilled and wired to create this beautiful tree for Lonnie Hanzon and the Neiman Marcus flagship store in Dallas, Texas.
"5, 4, 3, 2, 1" at The Space Command Center:
We worked with artist Darrell Anderson on the 6x12 foot glass and metal mosaic for the Air Force Missileers for the Atrium at the Air Force Space Command Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Darrel came to us with a drawing, which we converted into thousands of glass mosaic pieces. The unveiling of this project was something to see, with all of the Air Force Brass in attendance and everyone else so proud of this dedication to them and all their hard work to the country.
Other types of work include those shown below. See more and information about classes that we hold on www.bella-glass.com
